Put the seasoned pork filling on the tin foil and spread it out slightly with the back of the spoon
7.

8.
After rolling out, move the tin foil to the baking tray and remove the plastic wrap
9.
Brush the surface with a layer of honey and then put it into the oven and bake it. After the oven is preheated at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put it in, first bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes (the baking time and temperature are for reference only)
10.
After taking it out, cover it with another piece of tin foil, turn it over, and remove the tin foil
11.
Brush the other side with a layer of honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, return to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, and bake until the moisture on both sides is dried, and both sides are roasted into golden brown, ready to go out of the oven
12.
Cut it into a suitable size after cooling
Tips:
1. If the pork filling is bought, continue to chop more delicately;
2. A lot of water will leak out when it is just roasted. It is normal. Originally, the pork will leak out when it is exposed to high temperature. Use paper towels/oil paper to suck it up, or take it out and pour it out;
3. When rolling the pork filling, spread a layer of plastic wrap, which will make it easier to roll, which is a good method;
4. The roasting time and temperature are for reference only. The thickness of the dried pork is also according to your preference, and the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to your favorite taste.
