Honey Pork Dried

Mince pork and set aside.

Add 10 grams of salt, 200 grams of sugar, 150 grams of soy flour, and some soy sauce to taste.

Put oil-absorbing paper on the baking tray and cut out the extra edges.

Put the oil-absorbing paper on the silicone pad, put the meat on the oil-absorbing paper, and put a layer of plastic wrap on it. Use a stick to thin the meat to a thickness of about 2 mm. The pattern of the silicone pad can be seen through the meat.

Tips:
1. When seasoning pork, you don't need to add too much salt, but more sugar should be added.
