Dried pork is a sliced meat product of roasted pork. It is a traditional Chinese-style meat product that is convenient to eat, delicious, durable and easy to transport. Homemade pork breasts, brushed with multiple layers of honey water, are thin but not dry, and have a rich taste. It is a good afternoon snack.

Honey Pork Dried

1. Prepare the required materials. Wash the pork, control the moisture, remove the tendons and skin, and cut into small pieces. Mix honey and 10g of water into honey water.

2. Use a food processor to stir the pork into a puree

3. Add 5g of water to the red yeast rice powder

4. Make a paste

5. Add all the seasonings to the mashed meat

6. Use chopsticks to stir evenly the seasoning, and keep stirring in one direction until the muscles become fleshy

7. Take a piece of greased paper that is slightly larger than the baking pan, and put an appropriate amount of mashed meat

8. Simple flattening first

9. Then cover with a layer of plastic wrap and roll it into even thin slices with a rolling pin

10. Put the greased paper on the baking tray and put it in the middle layer of the preheated 180 degree oven

11. Bake for 15 minutes, remove and brush with a layer of honey water

12. Then turn it over, brush another layer, put it back in the oven and continue to bake for 15 minutes

13. Take out the roasted dried meat and put it on the grilling net. Turn the oven to 140 degrees

14. Turn the dried meat over, brush a layer of honey water, put it back in the oven at 140 degrees and bake for 5 minutes

15. Take it out and turn it over, brush with a layer of honey water, put it back and bake for 5 minutes, the delicious dried meat is ready

Tips:

1. The pork must be dry, or the dried meat must have too much moisture.
2. If the oven has a hot air function, it can be turned on.
