Horned Melon, Egg and Shrimp Pot Stickers

Four horned melon roots are peeled and inserted into silk. Only two of them have been photographed here, and those two have become silk.

Beat the eggs in the wok

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour to form a dough, wake up for 30 minutes

Add the meat filling and the seasoning on the table and the shrimps together. Add half a bowl of water three times in the middle, and make the filling as much water as possible each time. The filling will be extra moist and not dry.
