Hot and Sour Chicken Feet
1.
Cut the chicken feet apart with a knife, add pepper, white wine, aniseed, dried chili, and green onion to a pot under cold water. Boil for ten minutes after the water is boiled, and rinse with cold water for five minutes.
2.
Shred the onion and mince the garlic.
3.
Slice lemon, cut millet pepper and green pepper into small pieces, and shred ginger.
4.
Drain the chicken feet, put in two bottles of ice mineral water, then put the cut lemon chili and all the seasonings into it, and stir. The juice has to touch the chicken feet.
5.
After stirring well, let it stand for fifteen minutes.
6.
Pack the dining box, put the lid in the refrigerator for twelve hours before eating.
Tips:
Cutting chicken feet in half is easier to taste. Buying chicken feet can let the merchant handle it for you, minus the nails.
