Hot and Sour Diced Radish

White radish and carrots are peeled and cut into finger-sized dices, and cherry radishes are cut into finger-sized dices

Put the diced radish into a dry and oil-free container, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for about 20-30 minutes, and pour out the marinated water

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and pepper oil to the cold pan, add appropriate amount of dried chilli pepper, peppercorns, and fry on low heat until fragrant

Pour the fried fragrant ingredients on the radish, mix the vinegar, sugar, and light soy sauce into the sauce and pour it on the radish

After mixing the radish and the sauce, put it in a sealed fresh-keeping bag, discharge the excess air and put it in the refrigerator for marinating

After marinating overnight, take out and add a little fried white sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix well and serve.
