Hot and Sour Flammulina

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms.
2.
Tear the enoki mushrooms and wash them with clean water.
3.
Blanch the enoki mushrooms until they are broken.
4.
Scoop the enoki mushrooms over cold water.
5.
Add the chopped green onion and minced garlic to the enoki mushrooms.
6.
Mix the above seasoning into a bowl of seasoning juice.
7.
Pour the sauce on the enoki mushrooms.
8.
Heat a small amount of cooking oil and pour it on top to inspire the fragrance of chopped green onion and garlic.
9.
Use chopsticks to mix enoki mushroom and seasoning.
