Hot and Sour Frog

Peel the frog and clean it, sour chili, a little green pepper, garlic cloves and ginger.

Cut the frog into sections, cut the pepper into pieces, shred the ginger, and slice the garlic.

Sauté in oil, add frog and stir well.

Pour some cooking wine to taste.
