Hot and Sour Jelly

The pea flour was soggy when I bought it

Add as much water as the pea flour and stir to soak

Pour into the pot, add five times the water of pea flour and stir evenly, do not let the starch settle

Turn on a small fire and keep stirring for a while, and the transparent will come up

Stirring becomes sticky

Pour into a prepared plate or crisper to cool

Cut into thin slices, add oil, chili, salt, vinegar, onion, garlic, MSG, delicious fresh sesame oil
