Hot and Sour Noodles with Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredients you need and make hot and sour noodles. If you can buy authentic sweet potato vermicelli, it tastes right. I specially bought it from Henan.

Add a little salt and white pepper to the pork and chop it into puree. Choose fat and lean pork, with more fat and more fragrant.

Add water to the pot, cook the vermicelli after the water is boiled, and remove it for later use.
