Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

1. Cut dried chili and beauty chili into sections, slice garlic, chopped green onion

2. Peel and shred potatoes and carrots, soak in clean water for later use

3. Pour vegetable oil into the wok, wait for the oil to heat up, add an appropriate amount of peppercorns and fry it to get the fragrance, then remove it.
