Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Cut the potatoes into thin strips.

Cut the green peppers and red peppers into thin strips.
3.
Pour oil in the wok, add minced garlic to sauté when the oil is hot.

Pour in green peppers, red peppers, and red dried peppers and stir fry.
5.
Pour shredded potatoes and stir fry together.
6.
Add white vinegar and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and chicken bouillon, and stir-fry well.
