Hot and Sour Soup Beef Dumplings

Ingredients: homemade fermented spicy cabbage, soaked wakame, frozen dumplings with beef filling 😄

Important excipients: chili powder, my favorite😄

Put the sliced spicy cabbage and dumplings in an appropriate amount of water and cook.

Put in the prepared wakame.

Cook until the dumplings float and mature. In the meantime, add appropriate amount of sugar, chili powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and seasoning.

Out of the pot, a warm bowl, sour and delicious 😄

Let’s take one from another angle. There are no garlic sprouts anymore, or put some crushed garlic sprouts to make it fresher😄
Tips:
Spicy cabbage, oyster sauce, and soy sauce are all high in salt, and dumplings are also salted, so salt should be appropriate or not put in
Chili powder, friends who don’t like it can leave it, it depends on personal taste.
