Hot and Sour Taro Soup

After washing the taro, put it in a boiling pot and cook, then let it cool for a while and peel off the skin.

The peeled taro is placed on the chopping board and patted flat with a knife.

Slice the ginger and cut the pepper into small pieces for later use.

Prepare a small bowl of sour pickles.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the chili and ginger slices and fry them for a nice aroma.

Pour the sour pickles and stir fry for a while.

Pour in a large bowl of water and boil.

Pour the taro and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add some soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt and a little monosodium glutamate, stir well and then turn off the heat to eat.
Tips:
Sour pickles should be sautéed to taste sour. The amount of sour pickles and peppers is determined by personal preference.
