Hot Dry Noodles (yan'er Improved Version)

Boil a pot of water in a boiling pot, put the egg noodles (dry) into boiling water, and cook the noodles for 5-10 minutes.

While cooking the noodles, you can start preparing the seasoning-hot and dry noodle sauce-where the essence is. Take a bowl, add sesame paste, sesame oil, soy sauce (light soy sauce), salt, pepper, and a small amount of water to mix the sauce evenly. Note: The amount of salt and pepper can be adjusted according to personal taste. Add chili powder, chili oil, vinegar and other seasonings according to personal preference.

Put the cooked noodles in a bowl, and pour the sauce made in the previous step (hot dry noodle sauce). Toss the noodles, mix the noodles and sauce evenly. Sprinkle some chopped green onions at the end. Yan'er hot dry noodles are done!
