Hot Kohlrabi

Tear the rutabaga leaves into small pieces by hand.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the peppercorns and dried red pepper segments and sauté.

Add the torn kohlrabi and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, stir-fry quickly and turn off the heat.
5.
Take out the pan and serve.
