Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

Dice capers,

Diced mustard,

Peanuts smashed,

Dice shallots,

Mince the meat,

Stir-fry minced meat with cold oil in a hot pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic,

Soy sauce + sugar + chicken essence + salt, stir-fry and serve.

The sesame oil noodles are then steamed (cooked in the sesame oil noodles),

Sauce: sesame sauce + light soy sauce + dark soy sauce + sesame oil + red oil + pepper noodles + sugar + water,

Stir evenly, to a flowing state,

Spread a layer of ingredients on the bottom of the bowl,

Put it on top and drizzle with sauce,

Add minced meat, capers, mustard greens, and sprinkle a handful of chopped green onion at the end.
