Hot Pepper Stir-fried Chicken Hearts

Chicken hearts and hot peppers.

Wash the hot peppers to remove the seeds and cut into pieces.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Wash the chicken heart to remove the oil film, cut it with scissors, and rinse the blood inside the chicken heart.

Tips:
Stir fry time is only three or four minutes, not too long, otherwise the chicken heart will be old and the taste will not be good.
