Houttuynia Cordata

Remove impurities from wild garlic, wash and chop.

Remove the old roots of Houttuynia cordata, cut into 3 cm sections by hand, add salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Take a small bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate and chili powder, and mix well.
4.
Take a large bowl, add houttuynia cordata and wild garlic, pour the sauce and mix well.
Tips:
Houttuynia and wild garlic are a perfect match in taste. Generally, if wild garlic is not available, I would give up the idea of mixing Houttuynia!
