How to Make Grilled Tofu in The Oven
1.
Line the baking tray with tin foil. Apply several layers of salad oil repeatedly. Then put on the tofu that has been soaked up and cut into pieces. Brush the tofu with a layer of salad oil. (The tofu should be sliced evenly. It is thick and not tasty, but it is easy to loose when it is thin.)
2.
Press a green bean in the middle of each piece of tofu. Afraid of trouble, this step can be ignored.
3.
Five-spice powder, cumin powder, barbecue powder, pepper noodles. The monosodium glutamate and white sesame seeds are mixed into dry powder. Stir evenly. The proportion of barbecue powder should be heavier. If you like to eat chili, add dried chili noodles in this step.
4.
soy sauce. Sweet noodle sauce. Laoganma flavored tempeh. Adjust it into a sauce and set aside. If you like darker ones, replace light soy sauce with soy sauce. If you like lighter colors, use light soy sauce.
5.
We first spread the dry powder evenly on top of each piece of tofu. Pour the adjusted sauce evenly. If you have time, let it marinate for 20 minutes for better taste.
6.
Preheat the oven at 180° for five minutes. Add tofu. Mid-range fire. Timed at 180° for 30 minutes.
7.
When you bake it for 20 minutes, you can hear the oil sizzling inside, and then take out the tofu from the baking tray. Brush with a thin layer of oil. Do this to prevent it from drying out. Continue to bake for ten minutes.
8.
Put the pot on the table with the test tray. There are salt and pepper sprinkles in the house. Never put edible salt.
Tips:
This spice powder and sauce can be matched by yourself. You can adjust it as you like, because tofu is white. So if there is no salt and pepper in the house, soak it in light salt water first. If there is salt and pepper, do not soak. The seasoning of this dish must be a little more delicious, and the flavor must be strong.
