Huamei Pork Ribs

1. Prepare the materials. (White sesame forgot to take it in, don’t let it go)

2. Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic.

3. After washing the ribs, soak them in water to remove the blood.

4. Pour a little oil in the pot and heat it up, drain the ribs and stir-fry.

5. Stir-fry until the ribs change color, add half a teaspoon of cooking wine and continue to stir-fry.
