Huamei Pork Ribs

Prepare the materials. (White sesame forgot to take it in, don’t let it go)

Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic.

After washing the ribs, soak them in water to remove the blood.

Pour a little oil in the pot and heat it up, drain the ribs and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the ribs change color, add half a teaspoon of cooking wine and continue to stir-fry.

Add half a spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of balsamic vinegar, half a teaspoon of sugar, appropriate amount of pepper, soy sauce, stir fry to evenly color.

Pour boiling water, the amount of water is less than the ribs, and then add the plum.

Cover the pot, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir fry evenly)
