Instant Noodles with Chicken and Potatoes Stir-fried Naked Oats

Take the required amount and soak thoroughly in warm water.

Cut the chicken breast into strips, add cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce and a little salt to beat well, add a little cornstarch and a little water to beat well and marinate.
