Japanese Abalone Salad 【yun Yun Xiaochu】

Wash the abalone and clean the sand from the shell.

Put water, light soy sauce, sugar, sake, and ginger slices into the pot, add the abalone, and cook on high heat for about 20 minutes. Soak for about 8 hours.

Take it out when you eat it and put it on a plate.
Tips:
Abalones can be boiled without shells, or they can be boiled with shells like I did. Just wash them well.
