Delicious, eat in summer, sweet and sour, cool and refreshing. Originally I wanted to put the egg skins, but my husband didn't want to eat them, so I didn't put them, otherwise the color would look better. Husband said that putting egg skins on is like cold noodles...haha"

Jelly Ham Salad

1. Shred cucumber

2. Shredded ham

3. Dice yellow and red peppers.

4. Cut the jelly that I bought and put in the refrigerator the day before.

5. Cut garlic into small cubes, finely chop green onions, and place in a bowl. Then put in 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of chili oil, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 ring of salt, 2 rings of sugar, 1 spoon of vine pepper oil, 3 spoons of cold vinegar (rice vinegar, laba vinegar will work, cold vinegar If you do, put less sugar, cold vinegar is sweeter). Stir it together, it smells super delicious!

6. Prepare the plate and lay out the strips first. The left and right sides are in reverse order to make it look better. Finally, sprinkle the red and yellow peppers on top. OK.

7. Pour the stirred condiments into a small dish.

8. Serve together

9. Sprinkle the condiments on top when you eat, mix well, and it's delicious. Husband ate it all up.

Tips:

Simply put: meat, jelly, shredded cucumber, diced red and yellow peppers, sprinkle with seasonings, and eat. I wish everyone a good appetite in the summer.
