Jelly with Shallots

Ingredients: jelly, shallots, carrots, coriander

Chop jelly, chop coriander, chop green onion, and shred carrot

Pour the jelly, shredded carrots and shallots into a basin

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, monosodium glutamate, red oil and mix well
