3.
Add oil to the pot, add the chopped green onion and ginger to fragrant, and stir-fry the green and red pepper.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder and other ingredients and stir well. Then add shredded carrots, shredded bamboo shoots, shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly before serving.
5.
Take a piece of oily bean curd, spread it flat, and evenly sprinkle the stir-fried vegetable on the oily bean curd, and roll it up flat.
6.
After rolling up, fix the two sections with toothpicks. The above materials are just enough to make two.
7.
Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons of salad oil, and when the oil is heated until the oil just smokes, put the wrapped plain rolls into the pan.
8.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
9.
(This step is a whim of my own, and can be omitted if I don't think it is necessary) Put the Longjing tea in the pot and stir-fry on a low fire.
10.
Put the fried vegetarian duck roll on the steamed flat and smoke it, about 3~5 minutes.
11.
Take out the golden and fragrant oily bean curd, put it on the chopping board and cut it into small pieces.
12.
Put it in a dish, pour some sesame oil, and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
Tips:
Be sure to fry slowly on a low fire, as the fire becomes mushy.
