Put water in the pot to boil, and put the fish in the steamer.

Steam on high heat for 12 minutes.

Pour the fish into a larger plate.

Pour the broth, green onion ginger water, salt, seasoned soy sauce, and sugar to a boil, thicken the gorgon with starch, add pepper oil before serving.
