Grind the ginger and garlic into a puree for later use

Cut the meat into slices

Put the meat slices in a small basin, add the ginger garlic and all the seasonings by hand, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes

After marinating, use bamboo skewers to string together, preheat the oven at 210 degrees

Spread tin foil on the baking tray and apply vegetable oil, then put the meat skewers and brush with a layer of oil and bake for 10 minutes. Turn over at the 5th minute
