Kelp Salad

Wash the kelp and blanch it in water.

Drain the water and put it in the basin.
3.
Add shredded green onions, minced garlic, coriander, and salt.

Add sugar, monosodium glutamate, and vinegar.
5.
Pour in light soy sauce, oil consumption, sesame oil, chili oil, and stir well.
