My second treasure loves to eat dumplings. I have been busy these past two days. I don’t have time to make dumplings for my children. I am so greedy to eat dumplings every day. Yesterday, the child's father was harassed by the child, so he said that he would lead the child to buy frozen dumplings. The child yelled: Don't eat vegetarian dumplings, but eat minced dumplings! Haha! My family has never bought quick-frozen dumplings. My children don’t know that this is fast. But the taste of quick-frozen dumplings is really not flattering. Let’s set aside time to make your own dumplings for your children! Today, I used kidney beans with pork to make dumplings. The kids just ate them so happy when they got out of the pot, and they clamored that they were delicious dumplings made by their mothers.

Ingredients

Kidney Bean Dumplings

1. First, process the ingredients. Add the flour to the water and form a suitable soft and hard dough. Knead the noodles for half an hour. Knead the noodles at intermediate intervals. Knead the noodles three times. This will increase the gluten of the dough and ensure that the dumplings will not break or drain . Chop the pork into puree. Remember to add water three times in the middle when chopping the meat, or it can be old soup. Let the water fully blend into the meat, so that the dumplings are delicious and juicy. Remove the kidney beans from the kidney beans, put them in a pot and boil. After boiling, continue to cook for three minutes and simmer for two minutes. Remove and let cool and chop into fine pieces. The rest of the accessories are ready

2. Put the minced meat in the mixing bowl, add oil, salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce and stir evenly. It is best to stir well for a better taste. If the meat is too lean, or beef and mutton, you can add an egg white to increase the tenderness of the meat.
