Korean Dry-boiled Prawns

Wash the shrimp, soak up the water, and dispose of it. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add 5 scoops of fried powder and mix well.

Mix 1 cup of fried powder, 2 scoops of starch, and two-thirds of water into a paste.

Coat the shrimp with the prepared batter.

Put oil in the pan and fried Chinese shrimp.

Re-frying is more crispy once.

Fry until golden brown and remove.

Prepare the sauce: 6 spoons of tomato sauce, 3 spoons of chili sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of bean paste, a little bit of minced ginger, 1 spoon of minced garlic, put it in a pot and cook until a paste.

Then add 4 spoons of chopped onion, 2 spoons of chopped green chili, and 2 tablespoons of chopped red chili. 2 scoops of corn kernels and 1 scoop of peas.

Finally, add the fried prawns and stir-fry evenly.

The sweet and sour Korean dry roasted prawns are ready.
Tips:
1. When frying shrimp, it will be more crispy after re-frying.
2. When making the sauce, keep the heat on a low heat to avoid mashing the pot.
