Korean Kimchi Hot and Sour Pickled Radish

1. Slice the white radish and marinate in an appropriate amount of salt for 20 minutes, then drain off the water.

2. Chili powder + appropriate amount of spicy cabbage soup (compared to fish sauce, this is better to buy...)

3. Add chopped apple pears, add leeks, ginger garlic, salt and sugar

4. Boil glutinous rice flour with water until a paste

5. Add to the chili sauce just mixed

6. Mix well with the radish (wear a disposable glove or something)

7. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than half a day before eating
