Korean Potato Soup

Wash the spine, blanch it, and soak the potatoes in water.

Add water to the pot and add 3 garlic cloves and ginger slices.

Put in the pork spine.

Add cooking wine and cook for about 30 minutes.

Cut the green onion into sections and the potatoes into cubes.

Blanch the potatoes and vegetables.

Remove the garlic cloves and ginger slices from the spine soup.

Then add potatoes and vegetable gang.
9.
After cooking for 20 minutes, add the shallots.

Then add shochu.
11.
Add the chili sauce.
12.
Add chili powder.
13.
Add minced garlic.
14.
Add cooked sesame powder.
15.
Then add soy sauce.
16.
Add salt.
17.
Cook for 10 minutes to turn off the heat.
Tips:
In fact, there is one ingredient missing in this soup-sesame leaves, which we don’t have, but it still tastes great and very fragrant.
If you can buy it, you must add it to the authentic potato puree soup.
