Korean Spicy Radish

1. One white radish.

2. After washing, cut into cubes.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Cut the onion and shallots and set aside.

5. After the radishes are marinated for 20 minutes, a lot of water will come out. You don’t need to pour them, just pour the onions and shallots into the radishes.

6. Add garlic cloves.

7. Add minced ginger.

8. Pour in the right amount of fish sauce.

9. Pour a lot of chili noodles.
