Kuaishou Version of Hot and Sour Noodles

Use boiling water to perm the vermicelli for about an hour in advance, add water to the pot, and add the vermicelli after the water is boiled.

Put light soy sauce, vinegar (according to the amount of vinegar used), salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper powder, pepper, sesame oil, oily chili, and chopped green onion in the bowl. Be sure to add enough seasonings according to personal taste.

After the vermicelli is cooked, put the washed small greens in the pot, use a spoon to scoop the boiling soup into a bowl, and then add the vermicelli and greens.
