Lamb Buns with Scallions and Carrots

The lamb is soaked in bleeding water.

Add appropriate amount of flour, warm water and baking powder to form a softer dough twice the size.

Add alkali powder to the cooked noodles and knead to exhaust, and then proof it for ten minutes.

Chop lamb into puree, and chop radish and green onions.

Add five-spice powder and ginger powder.

Heat oil in a pan, add star anise and cinnamon to fry it to create a fragrant flavor.
