Let’s make the noodles first; pour 160 grams of warm water into the container, add 5 grams of yeast and 15 grams of sugar, and stir well;

Tips:
1) The addition of sugar and baking powder and noodles can promote the fermentation of the dough, and the fermentation of the dough is not based on the time, but on the state. The dough that has been developed is 2.5 times the original size and has an obvious honey nest shape. 2) Parsley leaves can remove the mutton and increase the flavor of the mutton filling. 3) In this recipe, you can replace lamb with beef as you like.
