2. The scallops here are cooked directly. If you are cooking, you need to pre-process the cleaned scallops. Steam the cleaned scallops with a little cooking wine and ginger slices for 20 minutes.
3. The seasoning of this soup base is relatively simple. I only use salt. Spices are useless. You can add pepper and anise according to your own habits.
