Shred the purple cabbage, mix in a spoonful of salt, grasp it with your hands, and knead it a few times.

Shred the bell pepper, the cucumber, and the onion.

Mix 30ml mature vinegar, 15ml light soy sauce, 5g white sugar, 3g pepper oil, 4g sesame oil, and a little chicken essence into a sauce.
