Lazy Claypot Rice with Vegetables and Diced Meat
1.
1. Wash the rice well and soak for about an hour;
2.
2. The phoenix mark potato starch makes the meat more smooth and tender;
3.
3. Dice the pork, add a teaspoon of phoenix potato starch and soy sauce to marinate it; (if you like to eat fatter, you can replace the diced pork with pork belly, mainly our family likes to eat lean meat)
4.
4. Add appropriate amount of salad oil to the soaked rice;
5.
5. After the high heat is boiled, put a pair of chopsticks on the casserole (to prevent water from overflowing) and then close the lid;
6.
6. Wash seasonal vegetables and mixed vegetables, and dice onions for later use;
7.
7. Pour clean water into the pot, add the washed vegetables, add an appropriate amount of salad oil, salt, until the color changes, remove the water and drain! (In this way, the cooked vegetables can keep emerald green!)
8.
8. Pour oil in a hot pan, pour in the marinated diced meat, fry until slightly yellow, and put it on a plate for later use;
9.
9. Add seasonal vegetables, mixed vegetables and onion diced to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry until broken, and put in a plate for later use;
10.
10. About fifteen minutes, the rice has been boiled until it is ripe for eight to nine. At this time, put the fried ingredients on top of the rice as shown in the picture. Turn on the minimum heat and cook for about 3 minutes, then close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes;
11.
11. Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil and stir evenly to make the sauce;
12.
12. Finally, pour in the prepared sauce, mix well, and serve!
13.
13. Not bad! What you do by yourself is enough!
