Lazy Noodles

Three pieces of noodles (just good for two people, this noodle is not instant noodles, it is egg noodles, so it is oil-free and healthy), a little green onion.

Seasoning: noodles with fresh soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, pepper oil, salt, monosodium glutamate (chicken essence), cooked chili pepper.

Put all the seasonings first, in an appropriate amount.

After making the seasoning, add water to the pot and boil, add the noodles and cook. (Personally, don’t cook the noodles for too long, otherwise it will be very soft and taste bad)

Clip the cooked noodles into the seasoning plate. (Drain the water when sandwiching the noodles. After all, it’s dry noodles, haha)

Then quickly mix well, sprinkle with chopped green onion and start eating.
