Lean Pork and Potatoes Stir-fried Black Fungus

1. Ingredients: potatoes (washed, peeled and sliced).

2. Black fungus (soaked and cleaned).

3. Lean meat slices.

4. Chives.

5. Add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oil to the lean pork slices and mix well.

6. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the mixed lean pork slices and stir fry until the color changes and serve.

7. Then, use the oil of the fried meat to add potato chips and black fungus to stir fry.

8. Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the potato pieces are cooked and tender.

9. Then, combine the fried lean pork slices and stir fry.

10. Finally, add some salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and set aside the chives.

11. Stir-fry well and serve.
