Leek and Pork Dumplings

Add cooking wine, soybean soy sauce (color search), and oyster sauce to the meat filling, mix well in one direction, then add pepper powder, eight pepper powder, pepper, salt and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate.

Chop the green onion and ginger into small pieces and put them on the meat.

Wash the leeks with dry water, and cut into pieces.

Add leeks and an egg white and stir well, then add sesame oil and mix well. This is the mixed filling.
