Leek and Pork Wanton

Prepare chives and wonton wrappers.

Wash the chives and drain them for later use.

Prepare three-thirds and seven-lean fresh pork.

Peel and cut into small pieces after washing. The ginger is also finely chopped.

Wash the cooking cup and set aside.

Pour in the meat and stir into a puree.

Pour into a deep bowl, add eggs, oyster sauce, pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce and refined salt. Whisk in a uniform direction.

Pack all the wontons one by one. Leave the parts that need to be cooked, and put the rest in the refrigerator to freeze.

Boil water in a pot, sprinkle a little salt when the water is boiled, and serve with wontons.

Take a deep bowl, add seaweed, dried shrimp skin, balsamic vinegar, chicken noodles and light soy sauce.

Pour the wonton soup into a bowl.

Tips:
1: If you have broth at home, use broth to cook wontons, the taste will be more delicious.
2: The skin of the wonton is very thin and easy to rot, so add a little salt in the water to prevent the wonton from breaking the skin.
3: If you like spicy food, pour some chili oil in the end.
4: There are many ways to pack wonton, just choose the way you like.
5: The chicken powder in the soup ingredients only needs a little bit. You can leave the balsamic vinegar if you don't like it.
