Leek Dumplings
1.
Choose fresh pork with more lean meat and less fat, and mince it into puree
2.
Pick the leeks, wash them, and dry them.
3.
After the pork is chopped, add some salt to taste,
4.
Cut the leeks with a top knife, add the mashed meat, then add an egg, peanut oil, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, and mix well.
5.
I use the ready-made dumpling wrappers sold outside, which are directly wrapped and convenient
Tips:
If you like a bit fresher, you can also add some chicken essence in the meat filling. Because this is fresh raw material from my own home, I feel good about it. I pack a little at a time, enough to eat for a few days.
