Today, I specially made a low-fat, low-calorie lemon chicken shredded with rich vitamins and sour, spicy and delicious.

Lemon Chicken Shreds

1. Wash the chicken breast, clean the ginger, and slice the sand. Prepare the cooking ingredients. One star anise, 1 piece of dried ginger, 4 pieces of bay leaves, 1 piece of cinnamon, a little pepper, and a little cumin.

2. Prepare 2 shallots, 50 grams of coriander, half of carrots, half of garlic, 1 lemon, 5 grams of sesame seeds, and a small piece of ginger (I prefer to eat ginger, if you put it more, you can halve it if you are friends) 2 pcs

3. Chop garlic, shred ginger, cut millet pepper into circles, chop green onion, slice half of lemon, and set aside half

4. Shred carrots, cut coriander into 3 sections and set aside

5. Chicken breast and ginger, marinated in cold water in a pot, boil over high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken breast is cooked through (the chicken breast is relatively soft after cooking for about 8 minutes, use a spatula to turn the chicken breast into 4-5 Block, then add a pinch of salt)

6. After the chicken breast is cooked, let it cool, tear it into small pieces, add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well

7. Then add carrots, coriander, shallots, garlic, shredded ginger, millet pepper, sliced lemon, a spoonful of sugar, a little salt, and appropriate amount of soy sauce, then squeeze the remaining half of the lemon out and pour the lemon juice on top, mix well, and serve.

8. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds at the end

Tips:

Except for the cooked meat, the side dishes are basically eaten raw, so everyone must pay attention to separate raw and cooked
