Lemon Chicken Shreds

Cut the green onion into sections, pat the fruit with the back of a knife, and wash the ginger with the back of the knife.

Wash the chicken breast and put it in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add ginger, green onion, grass fruit, and cooking wine to cook.

Let the cooked chicken cool and tear it into shreds by hand.

Wash the coriander and cut into sections. Peel the garlic and chop into a puree. The red pepper is also chopped. The pepper is soaked in water in advance and chopped into a puree.

Put the coriander, garlic mash, red pepper, and Chinese pepper in a small bowl, add soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt and a spoonful of cold boiled water and mix thoroughly.

Cut the lemon into two slices and squeeze the lemon juice into the seasoning bowl.
