Lentil Braised Noodles

The lentils are picked and washed

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic

Shredded pork

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the shredded pork, add green onion, ginger and garlic

Put the lentils and stir fry, add all other seasonings

Add water higher than the lentils, simmer on medium and low heat

Put the sliced noodles in a steamer and steam for about 7 or 8 minutes

After steaming, take out the sliced noodles and shake it a little with chopsticks

Simmer the lentils for about 10 minutes, put the steamed noodles on the lentils, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, change the heat to low and use two pairs of chopsticks to stir repeatedly until the soup is almost dry

You can sprinkle some minced garlic before serving, it is fragrant, and of course you have to have vinegar and vinegar when you eat it.
