Lentils with Garlic Soy Sauce

Prepare lentils and red pepper

Prepare the minced garlic
3.
Every lentil must be torn off the tendons on both sides

Then wash the lentils and drain the water, wash the red pepper and slice it

Pour the oil in a hot pan, and sauté the minced garlic under warm oil

Pour the lentils and stir-fry until all the color changes, add salt and stir-fry well

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Boil in boiling water and cover and cook until cooked through

Finally add the red pepper and stir fry until broken

Season with sugar and turn off the heat
Tips:
1. Lentils are slightly bitter, adding sugar can remove the bitterness and improve the freshness
2. The lentils must be cooked thoroughly before eating
