Lentils with Tahini Sauce

Main ingredients: lentils, seasonings: tahini, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce.

Wash and shred the lentils; dice the garlic.

Boil water in a pot, add shredded lentils and blanch them.

Add salt and monosodium glutamate to the bottom after removing it. After mixing well, marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the pickled shredded lentils into a bowl.

Add garlic diced to the sesame sauce, add a little light soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
7.
Pour in the tahini sauce and serve. Mix well and serve
Tips:
1. Lentil shreds must be blanched.
2. If the sesame paste is dry, you can add a little sesame oil to mix it, and then gradually dilute it to a suitable consistency with cold boiled water.
